[th-users] Request: Include Trac 0.12 in default filters on Trac Hacks landing page

The default filters at http://trac-hacks.org/#Hacks currently excludes plugins/hacks that are tagged only for Trac 0.12 e.g. http://trac-hacks.org/wiki/BrowserSvnOperationsPlugin. Please could this default be changed e.g. to show plugins/hacks for 0.11 and 0.12.

The change makes sense to me. It looks like the source for the
TracHacksPlugin will need to be modified:
http://trac-hacks.org/browser/trachacksplugin/0.11/trachacks/web_ui.py
