I'm using FC5, and Xampp 1.6.6 for linux, Trac 0.11dev. and how to
configure Trac with Apache on Xampp by mod_python ?

Please read the TracInstall and TracModPython wiki pages. For more
specific help I would recommend jumping on the IRC channel and asking
there.
