uploaded file not closed before attachment_added

Hi,

I'm writing a trac plugin to allow text integral search of attachments.
My plugin is listening to the '"attachment_added" event of the
"IAttachmentChangeListener".

However the "attachment_added" listeners are called before the
uploaded file is closed properly. As a consequence, the listeners
cannot re-open the uploaded file to do things like indexing.

Is there a reason not to close the uploaded file before
"attachment_added" or is it a bug ?
