Trac port to Google App Engine

I couldn't help thinking of an App Engine port of Trac, and what that
would look like.

- update versioncontrol to work via http(s)
- move config, attachments, and of course DB to storage model/adapter
(could be useful now, or maybe YAGNI)
- Paths will change

And then you could host 1m+ users on Trac. Woohoo.

More seriously, any other changes I'm missing?

Google app engine can't do joins.

you are looking onto a major database redesign.

App Engine, like Amazon's SimpleDB, isn't relational and therefore has
no support for SQL. We use a lot of SQL. This wouldn't go well.
