Is it still mostly closing down at night?   I've noticed that power is

I just started a userful trouble ticket on this specific problem
(though it was mentioned to them earlier on the usb/print trouble
ticket).

Now there isn't even USB power.  No signs of life in that computer and
we can't reboot it.
