What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. After downloading, On running, it doesnt work. Says network error
occured while attempting to read the file . Tried downloading 10 times

Will not install on my Acer laptop Windows Vista...it says System
Administrator will not allow.

Should be fixed in TouchFreeze 1.1.0: now it's possible to install
TouchFreeze without Administrators privilege.
