Conquerable or Insurmountable?

In his farewell address to Congress, in 1951, five-star General Douglas MacArthur
included in his remarks, "The world has turned over many times since I took the oath on
the plain at West Point..."  At the time, he was 71, and 52 years had passed since he
had taken the oath.

    "I am closing my 52 years of military service. When I joined the Army, even before
the turn of the century, it was the fulfillment of all of my boyish hopes and dreams.
The world has turned over many times since I took the oath on the plain at West Point,
and the hopes and dreams have long since vanished, but I still remember the refrain of
one of the most popular barrack ballads of that day which proclaimed most proudly that
"old soldiers never die; they just fade away." - General of the Armies Douglas MacArthur

As I write this, I too have passed 70, and it has been 53 years since I took the same
oath, which was later "quietly" *modified.

        *The oath the General and I took was to protect and defend the Constitution
"against all enemies whomsoever."  It was later changed to its current wording, "against
all enemies foreign and domestic,"  (to exclude the U.S. government as a potential
enemy).  Government is neither foreign nor domestic.  The purpose for that enormous but
subtle change ought to be obvious.  Though the government abhors the Constitution, and
is the Constitution's worst enemy, no one NOW takes an oath to protect and defend the
Constitution against the U.S. Government, only against foreign and domestic enemies.
Give that some thought.

Like General MacArthur, I can say the world has turned over many times since I
originally took the oath.  In a bit, I'll give a partial listing of just some of the
critical things I've observed that have happened or have come into being during my adult
lifetime, but first it's essential to elaborate on the old adage that "things are seldom
as they seem."

Here's a quote by William Casey, CIA Director, from notes taken in a 1981 CIA staff
meeting, that wasn't intended to be heard or repeated outside the room:

    "We'll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American
public believes is false."

Then there is a relatively little-known first century Greek philosopher named Epictetus,
in the kingdom of Phrygia, who observed that appearances are of four kinds.  He said
things either: (1) are as they appear to be, or (2) they neither are, nor appear to be,
or (3) they are, but do not appear to be, or (4) they are not, yet appear to be.  The
third and fourth kinds are germane to my commentary here.

By age 50, despite having an advanced education in Personnel and Resources Management,
and in   Business Administration, despite having completed a 20-year career in the U.S.
Army and having worked for more than a year in the Pentagon in the top office of the
highest Army level, with a Top-Secret security clearance, despite having spent seven
months on a highly-classified joint mission of the Department of Defense and the Arms
Control Disarmament Agency (the details of which I'm still prohibited from discussing),
despite having spent nearly three years in Vietnam, and despite having (mistakenly)
believed I was keenly aware of where I lived and generally what went on in this country,
my "education" did not really begin until 1994, when I read "The Creature From Jekyll
Island - a Second Look at the Federal Reserve," a shocking 608-page book, hot off the
presses that year, exposing the foundation that explains most of what REALLY goes on in
this country.  The mega-rich families who own the Federal Reserve, and own more than
two-thirds of the aggregate wealth of the planet, comprise the nucleus around which
virtually all else revolves.  But it doesn't APPEAR to be that way....Epictetus'
appearances of the third kind.

Readers are lucky, for they can hear, here, the book's author, G. Edward Griffin,
summarize the book's contents in a 71-minute talk he gave in Los Angeles in November,
1994, not long after the book hit newsstands (I first learned of Greek philosopher
Epictetus from Mr. Griffin).  

What I have to say next will be easier to understand, realize and believe after readers
have listened to Mr. Griffin's presentation.  It'll curl your toes, but it's all
verifiably true.  Please listen carefully, and please get the book and read it too.  The
book's contents can hardly be covered in a short talk, but a great condensation comes
through in the presentation and generates a general understanding of the fundamentals.

Now let's return to General MacArthur, who was fired by President Truman, and see some
more of the clues he gave us.  In his farewell speech to the Corps of Cadets at West
Point, also in 1951, he said the following, telling them (and us) some of what the
military was THEN pursuing, most are things the public didn't hear of till many years
later, some the public still has not heard.

    "We deal now not with things of this world alone, but with the illimitable distances
and as yet unfathomed mysteries of the universe. We are reaching out for a new and
boundless frontier. We speak in strange terms: of harnessing the cosmic energy; of
making winds and tides work for us; of creating unheard synthetic materials to
supplement or even replace our old standard basics; of purifying sea water for our
drink; of mining ocean floors for new fields of wealth and food; of disease
preventatives to expand life into the hundred of years; of controlling the weather for a
more equitable distribution of heat and cold, of rain and shine; of space ships to the
moon; of the primary target in war, no longer limited to the armed forces of an enemy,
but instead to include his civil populations; of ultimate conflict between a united
human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy; of such dreams and
fantasies as to make life the most exciting of all time."

The general population has no clue to what degree government has used military resources
and capabilities in creating and controlling weather, nor how much chaos and destruction
they caused while techniques were in the experimental and developmental stages.  Among
some of the things that will surprise most include:  

    ~they've been using laser technology for decades, and more recently to rapidly melt
ice caps (to help the global warming scare, maybe?);

    ~that they can tunnel through subterranean rock at a speed of seven miles per day,
converting the drilled-away contents to line the tunnel behind the drill module with
glass-like material and leave no waste to dispose of;

    ~and they have directed-energy weapons (DEW) which they can invisibly direct at
targets, via radio wave technology, and pulverize the toughest construction materials
with a beam of concentrated energy and from a distance, instantly turning them into
dust.  We probably saw some of that used on the twin towers on 9-11.  I personally saw
an awesome demonstration of the early generation of that technology in 1973 at White
Sands, New Mexico, in which a directed beam of energy instantly burned through twelve
inches of solid construction-grade steel.  INSTANTLY.  What they have perfected more
than 25 years later is anyone's guess.

Yes, I know the minds of some readers have an automatic default mode that, upon seeing
or hearing something they have never seen or heard before or don't believe, default to
the retort "That's a wild conspiracy theory" and dismiss it offhand, as the public has
been brainwashed to do.  It's their loss.  Ignorance is not illegal, but it IS sad.  For
more than 50 years I was among the ignorant, though thought myself to be educated.

Just think.  A five star general talked about future things in 1951, implying such plans
were already in the works THEN.  Then read the following excerpt from President
Eisenhower's farewell speech as he turned the presidential reins over to JFK in January,
1961.  He too warned us, if we had only listened THEN:

    "Until the latest of our world conflicts, the United States had no armaments
industry. American makers of plowshares could, with time and as required, make swords as
well. But now we can no longer risk emergency improvisation of national defense; we have
been compelled to create a permanent armaments industry of vast proportions. Added to
this, three and a half million men and women are directly engaged in the defense
establishment. We annually spend on military security more than the net income of all
United States corporations.

    "This conjunction of an immense military establishment and a large arms industry is
new in the American experience. The total influence - economic, political, even
spiritual - is felt in every city, every Statehouse, every office of the Federal
government. We recognize the imperative need for this development. Yet we must not fail
to comprehend its grave implications. Our toil, resources and livelihood are all
involved; so is the very structure of our society.

    "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted
influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential
for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

    "We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or
democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and
knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and
military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and
liberty may prosper together."

Consider what David Rockefeller admitted, in his own 2002 book "David Rockefeller:
Memoirs:"

"Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of
the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of
conspiring with others around the world to build a more integrated global political and
economic structure - One World, if you will. If that's the charge, I stand guilty, and I
am proud of it."

Now let's look at a partial, though staggering, list of my observations over the past
years of my life, in no particular order, typed as they came to mind.  These things are
in evidence today:

~50 years of systematically Dumbing-down students at all public education facilities

         (government indoctrination centers)

~Majority of American people no longer know their own history or heritage, and most
don't care to know.

~Dollar devalued, via deliberate inflation, to nearly nothing - collapse is virtually
unavoidable, and

         coming soon.

~$60 billion trade deficit for the first time in history

~Illegal Immigration INVASION ongoing and the government encourages it rather than
stopping it.

~The United States is losing its native language, English.

~Legal immigrants, mostly from India, are given 7-year interest-free government loans to
open and

       run business operations tax-free (convenience stores, hotels, etc.), with which
tax-paying

       American family-owned businesses cannot compete.

~Rising unconstitutional income taxes (as they are mis-administered) on Americans

~States repealed usury laws, thus eliminating long-standing consumer protection against

        predatory lending.  Now, it's "borrower beware!"

~Revision of bankruptcy laws, thus severely restricting consumer ability to get relief
from

        predatory lending, and allowing banks to charge up to 39% interest which was
theretofore

        CRIMINAL

~Relentless Attacks on Religion are encouraged by government and the courts.

~Relentless, systematic strategy to gradually disarm all American residents; constant
attacks

        on the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution by government and special interests

~Homosexual Marriage, Abortion, Pornography all abominations to God, but are now "legal"

~Tens of billions of pornography dollars find their way into coffers of politicians, in
exchange

        for congressional and law enforcement indifference.  Vigorous pursuit and
prosecution of

        CONSUMERS of pornography while PROTECTING those who PRODUCE it.

~Rapidly growing video surveillance nearly everywhere in urban areas, on Interstate and
major

        highways, neighborhoods, etc.

~All non-military and non-law-enforcement vehicles can be disabled, individually and
collectively,

       via satellite signals (all 1987 and later models)

~Individual privacy no longer exists - government doesn't even pretend anymore to
protect it.

~"Privacy Act Statements" people are "required" to sign are actually statements in which
they

        WAIVE their rights to privacy.  People simply don't read what they sign, they
WANT

        whatever they are applying for, so they sign their privacy away.

~Secret Police agencies at federal level, operating in states where they technically
lack

         constitutional jurisdiction

~Militarization (training and equipment) of police forces at every level across the
country

~Police brutality and citizen abuse rampant, usually unpunished when discovered/reported

~Law enforcement routinely plant and fabricate evidence, and lie in court to buttress
cases

~Rapidly growing police state

~50 years of foreign policies that militate against the best interests of the people of
the U.S.

~Politicians representing special interests which keep their coffers filled, e.g. big
pharmaceuticals, big oil,

          banking industry, National Education Association (no interest in education
found anywhere

           in their mission statement or purpose for existing) etc., and selling out
Americans at every turn.

~Most legislation passed by Congress is against the best interests of the people,
because

           bills are written not by members of Congress or their staffs, but by the
special interests

           who seek to improve their profit positions and then "pay" key members of
Congress to

           pass the bills.

~Congress approving countless "black budgets" without members knowing (1) how much money

         they're appropriating nor (2) knowing for what the funds will be used.
"Insider" estimates are

         that these budgets consume 20-25% of the gross domestic product (GDP) of the
U.S.

~U.S. military presence in 131 of the world's 258 countries - there is no justification
for that.

~Totally uncontrolled foreign aid funds given annually to many foreign countries, dozens
of them

        undisclosed to the American public, most goes to those countries' politicians
and

        doesn't improve countries at all.

~Near total disregard for the Constitution by Government and the Courts, giving only lip
service

~Corrupt federal judges (99% of them) routinely incarcerate thousands of people who have
violated no

        Constitutionally-valid law

~Activist judges "legislate" from the bench, with no oversight by the people

~Massive CIA mind-control operations (Columbine is just one example that's provable)

~CIA assassinated JFK, RFK, MLK, JFK, Jr., Marilyn Monroe, others - no doubt about it.

~80% of the illegal drugs coming into this country from abroad are brought in by the
CIA, and the

        distribution is supervised by the CIA with the help of the DEA.  Money and
seized property

        from drug operations funds a wide assortment of operations and influence-buying.

~CIA answerable to no one

~NSA (National Security Agency) answerable to no one

~Federal Reserve answerable to no one - is NOT an agency of the U.S. Government

~IRS answerable only to Federal Reserve - is NOT an agency of the U.S. Government

~Military and law enforcement agencies use "invisible" technology (Branch Davidians did
not see

        the armored vehicles coming.  They could have HEARD them, but they were being
bombarded

        with super-loud music to cover the sound of the vehicles).  They were visible
from the sides and

        the rear, but not from the Mt. Carmel complex (not "compound").

~State of perpetual war - War on drugs, war on poverty, war on private firearms, war on
privacy,

         war on private property (asset-forfeiture laws and other mis-named legislation
such as

         Americans with Disabilities Act), war on religion, war on the so-called
"American  

         dream," war on the American people, war on virtually everything.  There has
been no

          improvement in any area against which war has been declared....NONE.

~Military stretched beyond its personnel limits, effectiveness marginal, ability to
protect the

          country diminished

~Foreign troops quietly operating within the United States

~Military forces working with civilian law enforcement, in violation of Posse Comitatus
Laws

~Military and law enforcement have long been training for door-to-door forced
confiscation

         of private firearms, much such training executed in American cities

~Countless unmarked military-style aircraft routinely employed (including black
helicopters)

~Known outer space presence on earth - Geometrically-perfect crop circles worldwide
explainable

          no other way.  High-level military, government and NASA officials know a LOT
about

          UFOs and have successfully kept it from the public for 60-plus years.
Evidence is

          overwhelming.

~Concentration camps exist in the U.S. capable of holding 30 million "dissenters"

~Military technology used to manipulate weather

~Man-made global warming is a hoax.

~Persuading people that Communism was defeated is a major hoax of our time.  Communism
is

            the preferred mechanism under which they intend to govern the world, and
it's growing

            like wildfire worldwide, albeit quietly and often under other labels.

~Deep underground military bases (DUMBs) and cities connected by rapid rail, for
long-term

             survival of the government, the elite, and selected skilled people needed
to preserve  

             and perpetuate the human race after a massive disaster, all built with our
money

             but not for our benefit.  At least Saddam Hussein built HIS castles with
oil money,

             not taxes on the people.  There are more than 100 of these around the
country, one

             to five miles below the earth's surface.

~Totally-controlled and manipulated yet so-called "free" elections in 50 states

~Millions of voters fooled by agents of "change" without having the foggiest notion WHAT
changes

           are being promised, and without even caring, too ignorant to see what's
happening

~Two-party political system, with almost identical political parties, fooling Americans,
has a near

           stranglehold on political discourse, with total cooperation by the controlled
MS media.

~U.S. could be self-sufficient for next 500 years in petroleum and natural gas, yet
using our own

             resources is prohibited, forcing us to buy from foreign, even enemy,
sources at inflated

             prices. China drilling on OUR outer-continental shelf, but Congress
prohibits drilling by

             American oil companies.  "They" are determined to bankrupt everyone in this
country,

             period.

~By limiting drilling and forcing us to buy petroleum from abroad, the government
intentionally

            keeps gasoline prices high because they get about 60 cents per gallon in
federal taxes,

            and make more "profit" (it's ALL profit) than anyone extracting the oil,
refining it,

            transporting it and selling it.  At least all of them DO something to earn
their profit,

            while all the government does is COLLECT the taxes on it.  If prices go
down, their

            revenues go down too and they don't want that.

~Government-planned and executed attacks on Americans, e.g. Ruby Ridge, Waco, OKC,

                   Seattle, 9/11, etc., to gain public support for legislation and
increased funding the

                   Congress otherwise would not pass.

~Total central control of worldwide food and drinking water supplies will be in place
within five years.

~75 years of government human experiments using our own armed forces without their
consent

~Outsourcing of American jobs

~Many Americans are denied employment because they don't speak Spanish.

~Outsourcing manufacturing and production of military weapons components and defense

         technology to foreign countries, including some potential enemies - national
security

         is at stake here.

~Welfare state absolutely out of control, but it got that way BY DELIBERATE DESIGN.

~Social Security - all the money people have paid into the Social Security System isn't

        sitting somewhere earning interest, waiting for the contributor to become
eligible to

        collect it (as it was designed to do) because successive Congresses have been

        spending it on their pet pork projects since 1964, when Congress passed a
measure

        permitting all that "trust" money to be transferred into the general fund and
SPENT.

        It's ALL GONE.  What is collected now (forcibly withheld from wages and
salaries) is

        paid out in benefits the month after it is collected.  

~More than half the population is considerably overweight, with 60% of them OBESE.

~More than half the population is receiving money and benefits from the U.S. Government.

~40 million citizens are without health care coverage.

~30 million illegal immigrants get free health care, free schooling, subsidized or free
housing,

         welfare, food stamps, aid for dependent children, WIC, etc.

~U.S. (population 300 million) incarcerates more people....not just a higher percentage,
but....more total  

         people than any other country on the planet.  This includes even China
(population 1.4 Billion) and

         Russia (145 million).  We have, in effect, debtor-prisons and
political-prisons, despite

         Constitutional prohibitions against both.  We now have 2.5 million people
incarcerated, more than

         half of whom would better serve society by being home supporting their
families.  Only a small

         percentage of inmates are in prison for committing crimes of violence against
other Americans.

~Federal Prison Industries (UNICOR) uses forced prison labor to unfairly compete with
the free

         enterprise system this country allegedly has, and all federal government
agencies must

         buy from UNICOR if the products or services sought are available there.  Some
50% of all

         U.S. 411 calls are handled by male and female prison inmates working at 40
cents an hour,

         yet phone subscribers pay full fees to the phone companies.

~Destruction of the once all-powerful American manufacturing and industrial base

~U.S. Citizens are designated by federal law as "Enemies of the State."

~United Nations is a Communist organization dedicated to establishing a world
dictatorship

~New World Order (NWO) architects moving ahead with plans to merge the U.S., Canada and

          Mexico into a North American Union (NAU) and to replace the dollar with the
Amero when

          they engineer the collapse of the dollar

~Controlled media reporting hides most of the above from the public, and helps operate
the most

          formidable propaganda machine in the world.  Little of what is reported in the
"news" is

          actually as it "appears to be."  Very little.

Keep in mind the above is a partial listing of just those which come to mind at the
moment. I'm confident I have unintentionally omitted a few major subject areas, but the
list above should persuade even the most skeptical that this country is in dire straits
and on the threshold of being transformed into a nation of economically and
psychologically enslaved peasants subservient to landlords and money barons.  A strong
nation would never succumb to world rule, but a weakened nation on its way to
destruction will beg the United Nations for protection - and all that has long ago been
planned and engineered.  It's coming soon.

So, most things don't appear to be what they really are, and other things appear to be
what they aren't, all appearances of Epictetus' third and fourth kinds.  But it's
deliberately planned that way, and mass mind control of the general public is achieved
by the greatest propaganda machine in the world.  They control radio, television,
newspapers, movies, publishing houses, the music industry, they're gradually gaining
control of the Internet, and the people are simply being programmed.

Crimes committed by agencies and elements of the government are covered up and the
explanations fed to the masses are often not plausible, even sometimes laughable,
demonstrating the effectiveness of propaganda and mass mind control, and no one in
government is indicted or jailed.  Just one good example is how routinely they
"persuade" people (by threat of force or harm) who have SEEN flying saucers from outer
space that what they really saw were weather balloons reflecting sunlight.

Another example is persuading people that a Boeing 767 hit the Pentagon on 9-11 yet the
two 12,000-pound jet engines, nine feet in diameter, made of cast iron and steel alloys
and allegedly traveling at 500 mph, didn't break windows of the Pentagon where they
would have impacted, yet the "flying beer can" aluminum fuselage punched a
16-foot-diameter hole through seven 14-inch reinforced concrete walls.  In an actual
crash of the type described in the official story, the fuselage would have shattered
upon impact.

Admittedly, the above list is long and frighteningly complex.  Can all these
malignancies be reversed or overcome, and can this nation be saved?  It's possible,
though improbable.  Tens of thousands have been sounding the alarm for years and years,
but tens of millions have insisted the cries came from "conspiracy theorists" because
that's what they have been brainwashed to believe.

    "The world's population will be controlled by ignorance, war, greed, and apathy." -

So what can we do? We have to join forces and educate the masses, convince them that
virtually nothing in the government arena is as it has been made to seem, and get them
motivated to take the country back and restore our liberties.  The best way I know to do
that is to join the Campaign for Liberty, a massive program of mobilizing patriots
launched by the Revolution that grass roots efforts have generated as a result of Ron
Paul's candidacy for president.

Go here, see what you can do, then join and do it.  It's our country but it won't be for
too much longer unless we resuscitate it.  It's dying, and it's dying BY DELIBERATE
DESIGN.

Will our grandchildren say this about us?

produced nothing to contribute to its long-term maintenance?

The powers behind the Federal Reserve may defeat the people, and they may get the
one-world dictatorial government they've worked for more than 100 years to achieve, but
they aren't going to defeat me.  I'll fight them until we win or the last breath leaves
my body.  I hope you'll all make a serious commitment to saving yourself and your family
because, Dear Hearts, our very survival is at stake here.  We've reached the
"crap-or-get-off-the-pot" point of critical mass.  We can wait no longer.  It's do
something big or perish.  "Go big or go home," as the saying goes.  There will be no
overtime, we must win before the final game-ending horn.

As for me, as I've said many times before, "If I ever drown, I'll drown stroking the
water."
