Hayton failed to recollect even being in the studio on the day of 9/11-- at first-- but
then recalls the situation when it is described in detail, including the actions of

reported the collapse some 26 minutes in advance with WTC Building 7 still visible in
the background.
"A lot of eyebrows were raised," We Are Change reporters point out in summary, because
many saw it as a clear controlled demolition, including a number of engineers.
Hayton responded, pointing out that he was not aware of the situation with WTC 7. "This
sounds so significant-- I'm just amazed I didn't know about this... This is completely
news to me."
"So, is there no official explanation?" Hayton further probed.

Standley by phone about the telling incident. Standley, unlike Hayton, was not surprised
by the revelation, but became uncomfortable and hurriedly ended the conversation, only
commenting that she had been "harassed" about the situation already.

Surely, it is clear that neither Standley nor Hayton were 'in on a conspiracy'-- rather
they were used and fed information. However, Hayton seems willing to admit it while
Standley has thus far been unable to answer for the suspicious incident ahead of the
unexplained collapse.

Finally! After submitting a half-dozen papers to established peer-reviewed technical
journals over a period of nearly a year, we have two papers which have passed
peer-review and have been accepted for publication. One of these was published TODAY! In
science, we say that we have “published in the literature,” a major step in a nascent
line of scientific inquiry.
And many thanks to the editors for their courage and adherence to science in allowing us
to follow the evidence and publish in their journal. (Indeed, expressions of thanks
along these lines to the editors will be appreciated, as they will probably get a few
letters chastising them…)

In this Letter, we emphasize “points of agreement” with FEMA and NIST, seeking to build
bridges for further communications. Of course, we will send a copy to NIST for their
comment and hopefully open a public discussion on these crucial evidences and analyses.

Approaching this as “Points of Agreement” is NEW, I believe (obviously some “older”
quotes are cited in this new context) and we hope this will be a fruitful approach!
Mechanical engineer Tony Szamboti and I are the “corresponding authors,” the ones people
are invited to write to with comments.
With publication in an established civil engineering journal, the discussion has reached
a new level – JREF’ers and others may attack, but unless they can also get published in
a peer-reviewed journal, those attacks do not carry nearly the weight of a peer-reviewed
paper. It may be that debunkers will try to avoid the fourteen issues we raise in the
Letter, by attacking the author(s) or even the journal rather than addressing the
science – that would not surprise me.
Professor Chomsky wrote to several, who passed it on to me:
“You, or anyone who agrees with you, has a very simple task. Since the evidence is so
obvious and compelling, submit an article about it to Science, or Nature, or even
Scientific American, or more technical journals, say those in civil engineering, where
your article can refute the conclusions of the professional society of civil engineers…
To date, no one has been willing to submit an article -- at least, after probably
hundreds of inquiries to Truth Movement advocates, no one has been able to mention
one...”
Would someone who has received this note from Prof. Chomsky please send him a copy of
the downloaded paper? Perhaps we can build a bridge with him. You might note that the
paper is published in a “technical journal [one of those] in civil engineering,” to use
his own words, which I took as sort of a challenge. I have published before in Nature
(e.g., May 1986 and April 1989) AND Scientific American (July 1987), and this paper in a
civil engineering journal I consider to be a very significant step in the history.
Further in the spirit of building bridges, I’d like to quote from Prof. Fetzer who wrote
today – and I agree: “I would appreciate it… if those who are reaching out to the public
would show a degree of appreciation for those who are trying to figure out how these
things were done…. I believe we can succeed if we show more tolerance and less
disrespect for one another.” Agreed! In this paper, the authors are both reaching out to
the public (most can read this Letter with understanding, I think) AND seeking to
progress in figuring out how the buildings were destroyed…
Now let’s work together to unify the 9/11 truth movement and show some mutual respect,
shall we? Suggest we seek a focus on getting NIST (or other technical people) to work
with us in doing a thorough and proper investigation which will include release of
NIST-held photos AND the NFPA-921-mandated search for “thermite residues”. [Hint- good
time to read the paper if you disagree or don’t know really what I’m talking about
here.]
Finally, I should note that the editor that we worked with was polite and professional
throughout the process. We hope others, in their responses, will maintain that decorum.
In the final analysis, all THREE reviewers approved publication!
Time to celebrate, and move forward together.

a typical “article format” with methods, results and discussion). Also, I will take note

Torture victim's records lost at Guantánamo, admits camp general

The former head of interrogations at Guantánamo Bay found that records of an al-Qaida
suspect tortured at the prison camp were mysteriously lost by the US military, according
to a new book by one of Britain's top human rights lawyers.
Retired general Michael Dunlavey, who supervised Guantánamo for eight months in 2002,
tried to locate records on Mohammed al-Qahtani, accused by the US of plotting the 9/11
attacks, but found they had disappeared.
The records on al-Qahtani, who was interrogated for 48 days - "were backed up ... after
I left, there was a snafu and all was lost", Dunlavey told Philippe Sands QC, who
reports the conversation in his book Torture Team, previewed last week by the Guardian.
Snafu stands for Situation Normal: All Fucked Up.
Saudi-born al-Qahtani was sexually taunted, forced to perform dog tricks and given
enemas at Guantánamo.
The CIA admitted last year that it destroyed videotapes of al-Qaida suspects being
interrogated at a secret "black site" in Thailand. No proof has so far emerged that
tapes of interrogations at Guantánamo were destroyed, but Sands' report suggests the US
may have also buried politically sensitive proof relating to abuse by interrogators at
the prison camp.
Other new evidence has also emerged in the last month that raises questions about
destroyed tapes at Guantánamo.
Cameras that run 24 hours a day at the prison were set to automatically record over
their contents, the US military admitted in court papers. It is unclear how much, if
any, prisoner mistreatment was on the taped-over video, but the military admitted that
the automatic erasure "likely destroyed" potential evidence in at least one prisoner's
case.
The erased tapes may have violated a 2005 court order to preserve "all evidence [of] the
torture, mistreatment and abuse of detainees" at Guantánamo. The order was retroactive,
so it also applies to the 2003 loss of al-Qahtani's records.
Lawyers representing other Guantánamo detainees are asking whether tapes of their
clients' treatment may also be erased. "You can't just destroy relevant evidence," said
Jonathan Hafetz, of the Brennan Centre for Justice in New York.
David H Remes, a lawyer for 16 Guantánamo prisoners, said the CIA's destruction of
interrogation videos shows the US government is capable of getting rid of potentially
incriminating evidence.
"[In Guantánamo] the government had a system that automatically overwrote records,"
Remes told the Guardian. "That is a passive form of evidence destruction. If a party has
destroyed evidence in one place, there's no reason to assume it has preserved evidence
in another place."
More than 24,000 interrogations were videotaped at Guantánamo, according to a US army
report unearthed by researchers at Seton Hall University in New Jersey.
The US military office at Guantánamo did not return a request for comment from the
Guardian about its taping policies.

In May 2007, Bush signed executive new orders NSDP51 and HSDP20 to replace REX84. The
older order REX84 was an older directive to establish martial law in the event of a
national emergency. Everything done in government is done for a reason, and these two
new orders are no exception.
These new directives surprised and alarmed many real conservatives and true patriots at
the time. These two orders established that the White House administration would take
over all local governments under a national state of emergency, instead of Homeland
Security.
In May 2007, The Washington Post apparently saw nothing wrong with it and placed the
story back on page 13 (a fitting unlucky number for it), according to a CSPAN television
interview with well known author and writer Jerome Corsi:
A contradiction appears to exist here. It cites a nuclear attack or a decapitating event
in Washington as the reason for this, according to security analysts. If all the leaders
and the administration in Washington are dead from a nuclear attack, who will be left to
take over leading the nation under executive orders NSDP51 and HSPD20?Who would be left
to sign the martial law orders? This implies that martial law must be activated BEFORE
an attack takes place while the administration is out of town, which clearly implies a
false-flag operation by traitors of the worst kind. The administration was in Florida on
9-11, too.
As of this writing in April 2008, we are coming up on a year since these two directives
was written and signed. There have been many rumors of false-flag attacks being prepared
for 2008. Are these repeated rumors designed to destroy the credibility of whistle
blowers, so when the real event is announced by a whistle-blower no one will listen?
This question doesn't appear to have been asked by anyone, but it must be. This many not
be unlike the proverbial story of the boy who cried wolf. But in this case the wolf
isn't coming - he's already inside. Now it's a question of when the wolf will make his
move.
Hitler took power through completely legal means. Laws were previously established in
plain view of the German people before he made his dictatorial power grab. We appear are
witnessing the very same thing happening today some seventy years later. Apparently no
one on Capitol Hill has learned a thing from history as it repeats itself. They also
have clearly forgotten Bush's words in December 1999 - "This job would be a heck of a
lot easier if this were a dictatorship...just so long as I'm the dictator." He meant
what he said, he's acting exactly like one and it's happening right now.
America's case for a repeat of a Hitler type power grab is clearly underway. First there
was the infamous 1200 page Patriot Act that appeared a few days after 9-11 but almost no
one on Capitol Hill took time to read, but almost everyone signed off on it anyway. Some
on Capitol Hill have said that soldiers with machine guns were in the hallways on
Capitol Hill the night the Patriot Act was signed, and many felt intimidated they must
sign it without reading it. If true, then it implies that martial law may have already
been declared in secret. Soldiers in hallways have no place on Capitol Hill in civilian
government. Again, another sign of a dictatorship IN ACTION.
Technically, Congress could nullify the Patriot Act overnight by claiming it was signed
under duress.
There have been other draconian follow-on homeland security type acts which simply were
given less intimidating names. All are good examples of political BS at work.
Are NSDP51 and HSPD20 the last of them all? Most likely they are not. We have no idea
how many other orders have been signed in secret, such as the torture orders which were
leaked to the media. When confronted about the torture order, Bush simply has shrugged
his shoulders about in total disregard and boldly claimed he signed off on it.
Like paving stones, all the pieces have come together in plain sight to pave the highway
to a completely legal totalitarian police state, with all of America to be controlled by
the White House. But is this legal? Bush has abused his executive order powers countless
times like previous presidents. Executive orders were originally created by Congress to
establish relatively harmless laws without the need for Congressional approval, such as
new legal holidays. Congress can revoke that privilege at any time that is, up until
the time when martial law is declared. Military troops will send Congress home making
them powerless. At that point we shall have passed the point of no return. That is, if
we haven't already.
A look at the history of numerous third world countries around the globe proves one
common thread exists once the military takes control of its home country, it usually
doesn't return control to civilian authorities once a war or threat to security is over.
And today America has been reduced to the status of a third world country as well.
American manufacturing is now almost totally defense industry-driven, which makes the
return of government to civlian hands after war ends even less likely in the foreseeable
future.
With a 100 year war boldly proclaimed by the administration, civilian control will never
be returned to Congress - for at least FIVE GENERATIONS.

Tomorrow, Saturday April 19th, 2008 is the 13th anniversary of the Oklahoma City
bombing. On April 19th, 1995, more than 168 people were killed, and more than 500
injured, by what was then the worst act of terrorism ever committed on American soil.
The official story blames a deranged loner, Timothy McVeigh. But abundant evidence shows
McVeigh was a patsy, and the bombing was an act of false-flag terror by treasonous
elements in the US government—presumably the same treasonous elements responsible for
9/11.
McVeigh’s truck bomb did not do, and could not have done, the observed damage to the
Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building. General Ben Partin of the U.S. Air Force has provided
every member of Congress with a detailed report showing that the damage pattern was
completely inconsistent with a truck bomb, and that the building was destroyed with
pre-planted demolition charges. Early news reports from the scene showed officials
removing unexploded bombs from the damaged building and described TWO explosions, not
one. And University of Oklahoma seismographs recorded two explosive "events" just after
9:00 a.m. on April 19 1995 within ten seconds of each other. The Omniplex Science Center
in Oklahoma City confirmed a second, much larger explosion. Dr. Charles Mankin, director
of the University of Oklahoma Geological Survey, held a press conference shortly after
the bombing and told an assembly of journalists that the seismograph readings clearly
indicated two explosions.
The OKC false-flag bombing was used to demonize those calling for justice for the
victims of the government’s massacre of innocents in Waco, Texas on April 19th, 1993.
And it was used to push through anti-terror legislation turning the US into an Orwellian
surveillance state. It may also have been a test run for 9/11: “Let’s see, if we blow up
a building with military grade explosives, can we fool people into thinking it was a
truck bomb or a plane crash that did it?”
Many witnesses have apparently been murdered by US government agents, including the
patsy, Timothy McVeigh, who was executed on June 11th, 2001. But the cover-up is

In 9/11 truth movement news, a new Libertarians for 9/11 Justice caucus is challenging
the two-party duopoly and its treasonous 9/11 coverup. Jim Duensing, the Chair of the

has Congressional, Senatorial, and Presidential candidates on the ballot in 2008 who are

In non-sequitur news, Massachusetts Institute of Technology has announced that Edward
Lorenz, the founding father of chaos theory, died Wednesday at the age of 90. The
unofficial cause of death was reported as “a recursive fractal pattern in the
displacement of air molecules caused by a butterfly flapping its wings in Burma.”
Finally, a German schoolboy may not be right in calculating that the odds of an asteroid
impacting the earth in 2036 are much greater than NASA admits...but at least he’s
thinking for himself.

Former Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has once again been caught crowing
about how wonderful 9/11 was—for Israel. Speaking at Bar Ilian University, Netanyahu
said “We are benefiting from one thing, and that is the attack on the Twin Towers and
Pentagon, and the American struggle in Iraq." Netanyahu said that 9/11 "swung American
public opinion in our favor."
Back on September 12th, 2001, as the whole world was in mourning, Netanyahu was asked
what the attack meant for relations between the United States and Israel. Netanyahu
replied, ''It's very good.''
One of the "very good" things about 9/11, from an Israeli perspective, was the miracle
of the Twin Towers. Citizens of more than 100 nations died in the Twin Towers, but
according to most reports not a single Israeli was killed, despite the well-known heavy
presence of Israelis in the World Trade Center. [Note: while most reports have only one
Israeli, Daniel Lewin, killed on 9/11—meaning no Israelis died in the Towers—the radical
Likudnik propaganda paper, the Jerusalem Post, reported three Israeli deaths in the
Towers.]
Employees of the Israeli company Odigo are on record saying they were warned not to go
to work on 9/11, and another Israeli company, Zim Israeli-American Shipping Lines broke
its lease to move out shortly before the demolitions (Ruppert, Crossing the Rubicon,
257). Israeli spies were arrested for wildly celebrating the destruction of the World
Trade Center, and sent back to Israel after failing lie detector tests.
Besides being the patron of "A Clean Break," the precursor of PNAC's "Rebuilding
America's Defenses," and the inventor of "fighting terror" as a strategy of tension,
Netanyahu is a weekly telephone buddy of Larry Silverstein. Silverstein, who has
admitted he was party to a decision to “pull” or demolish World Trade Center Building 7,
made more than four billion dollars in insurance profits on his six-week investment in
the money-losing, asbestos-ridden World Trade Center. Now Silverstein is asking for
another twelve billion from insurers. At an interview in its home in the back of a
Yiddish dictionary, the word chutzpah hung its head in shame and said it was unworthy of
the likes of Silverstein and Netanyahu.
Speaking of chutzpah, State Department spokes-traitor Sean McCormack, a disgrace to his
proud Irish name, has responded to Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s questioning of 9/11 by saying,
"I am not sure what you say about a statement like that. It leaves one speechless.” What
leaves one speechless is the irony: The President of Iran, who has called 9/11 “a
suspect event” and a pretext for war, is behaving like a patriotic American, while the
spokesman for the State Department is participating in a treasonous coverup.
In more phony-war-on-terror news, the second trial of the street people who were
arrested for joining an FBI plot to bomb the Sears Tower has ended in another hung jury.
The government’s own evidence showed that it was the FBI informant who proposed the
crime, rented the warehouse, and offered the Miami street people $50,000 to help him
attack the Sears Tower. For accepting the FBI agent’s $50,000, the street people were
charged with terrorism. The two mistrials of the Miami street people have cost the
taxpayers untold millions of dollars.
