Now, to the point, I tried out total-impact on my own publication list and found some quirks. I added all the references via PMIDs and here is the output: http://total-impact.org/collection/UzaCMO. Some of them (especially the two PLoS papers) have plenty and correct info. Some others find nothing in Mendeley even though they have readers and are registered with both PMID and DOI (like this one: http://www.mendeley.com/research/thermal-versus-mechanical-unfolding-ubiquitin/, it has a DOI but it only shows in Mendeley Desktop for some reason).
I guess you're probably aware of this already, but here's my bug report anyway,

Thanks also for the feedback. This is a known bug (mostly due to
Mendeley's db duplication issues), and is on the schedule to fix. It
will probably be a month or two, unfortunately.
