Update V6.03.03 Keeps on Craashing

Hi, i've just updated to the new PC version of TCS and when I load
tomorrows match the system keeps stopping and refuses to proceed. Is there
a problem with the new version? How do I revert to the previous version,
which worked fine? Urgent response and solution required, please. Graham.

I know, terrible title, but it was their suggestion. I've added Volunteer to make it a bit clearer.

Event Times

If you go to Innings Notes on the Score tab, you will see the Fixed Notes and can deselect those you don't want to print or Edit any that you want to change. You can also add your own User Notes, as required.

Event Times

Can I delete event times?
I've setup the match & event times logs it. When I access the match, event
times logs it. But it didn't log the drinks break or lost ball when I
paused during the match on Saturday.
Can I delete what is not needed & add what is?

ah ok no hassles. Your title makes it seem like you worked for TCS.

I would have thought that some users would have been able to answer it.

Thanks for the prompt reply. However, intheTCS Help pages it states :
"In addition, for a reduced fee we offer a 'time-limited' licence (for 1
year from date of issue) that will provide full functionality for the
duration of the term of the licence, and at expiry TCS will revert back to

The only reason I asked you to address them was because I'm not in a
position to answer licencing issues. I'm not employed by TCS; I'm just an
end-user and this is very much a voluntary position, although they have
asked that I monitor & respond on the Forum because I can answer a good

The full version you bought is the complete version. The time limited is a
restricted test version for people who are running courses and need a full
version for the customers which then runs out later.

Time Limited Version

I can find no reference to the "Time Limited" version of TCS on the
website. My club, Mildenhall Cricket Club, has bought the full version,
plus the one I have bought for myself on their behalf, so I presume the
club qualifies for the TL version. How much is it and how does one
purchase?

The live scores data was updated via wi-fi after I got home to the house.
I could not update it during the game due to the firewall issues.
Hopefully issues will be sorted by next weekend as I have ordered a new sim
card online.
Local 3 shop didn't stock them, but would sell me another dongle!!

Live score problem

I can see your scorecards for the past 2 Saturdays (1st XI) on Live Scores and I can see the ball by ball Commentary at the bottom of the scorecard tab (Full Scorecard). I'm not absolutely positive but, to my mind, that says that the details must have been sent.
Are these the matches you're talling about & was there someone at a remote location telling you the scores weren't available? Was the widget on Play-Cricket updating during the match?

Live score problem

For the last two years I have used a usb dongle to access the internet
during matches. The sim card had expired and I couldn't get a new one
locally. For the last 2 games I have connected by laptop to my phone - I
can access the internet but live scores will not work. It connects to tcs
but then tells me to check my firewall settings. Anyone else getting these
