Request local error and value with multiple forms

Hi,

As Alberto mentioned in [1], currently all widgets on a page are
affected by request local error and value.

In my application I have two forms on a page, and when an invalid
input received from the first form and the page is redisplayed with
errors, the second form also gets request local error and value
objects because it is a root widget. These request local objects don't
make any sense for the second form but they override its original
value and error, and this results in an undesired behavior (e.g. an
option doesn't get selected).

My question is what would be the proper way to overcome this issue?
