TortoiseMerge: left view is said to be changed even if it is not

1. Diff a file
2. Find any line
3. Press Tab: Right View is changed, a star "*" is marked before the Right View filename
4. Press A
5. Press Ctrl+Z: Left view is said to be changed, a star "*" is marked before the Left View filename
Anyway, I do not enable editing left view. The Left View should not be said to be changed.

You are right, I start working on that, but it is not not that simple

as it seems.
While we can remember what was modified state when undo step started,
there are other features that required good design; namely: undo before
save, separated saves for left and right.

I would prefer to have dev version issues are reported on dev@ channel.
