Error When Installing.

I got this error during the installation.
I am running Windows 7, but that shouldn't matter.

this can happen if there is a reboot pending and no more
actions can be merged into the current set.

So, reboot. Then try installing again.
If that doesn't work, uninstall TSVN, reboot, try again.
If that still doesn't work, get the msi cleanup tool from here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301
and remove any trace of any previous or failed TSVN installation.
