Tortoise Merge convert TABs to SPACEs

Hello

Tortoise merge has the ability to display TABs, set as 4 in my
version. When I press TAB, it inserts a TAB.

Other editors normally have options for:

A) Insert 4 spaces when I press TAB.

B) Convert any existing TABs to 4 spaces when saving.

Could either of these be added as features?

Issue #479 created.

First implementation will handle this by pop-up menu.
