Subject: RFE: Commit dialog auto-complete with ignore-on-commit list

Hi,

In the Commit Dialog log message area, there is some auto-complete
functionality to help with the names of the items being committed.

I think it would be useful to put any items in the "ignore-on-commit"
changelist at the end of the list. For example, I have five AssemblyInfo.cs
files currently in my ignore list. I still get all five files showing up in
the auto-complete list when typing - it can be a little confusing to sort
through them.

It would be rare that one of these is being committed.

Cheers,
Daniel B.
