When I try to commit a folder I get:

Working copy
'C:\Programming\VersionControl\sandbox\variadic_macro_data\boost' locked
Please execute the 'Cleanup' command.

When I try to execute the Cleanup command I get:

Cleanup failed to process the following paths:
- C:\Programming\VersionControl\sandbox\variadic_macro_data
In directory
'C:Programming\VersionControl\sandbox\variadic_macro_data\boost\variadic_ma cro_data'
Error processing command 'committed' in
'C:\Programming\VersionControl\sandbox\variadic_macro_data\boost\variadic_m acro_data'
Working copy
'C:\Programming\VersionControl\sandbox\variadic_macro_data\boost' locked

When I try to delete the mess I am told I do not have permission.
