TSVN 1.5.1 has lost all shell extensions on Win Server 2008 64bit

TSVN 1.5.1 has lost all shell extensions on Win Server 2008 64bit

Everything has been working with 1.5.0. After upgrading to 1.5.0,
shell extensions have been lost (context menus and icon overlays).
Downgrade to 1.5.0 has brought them back (even before rebooting)

Uninstall, reboot, install again.
