Hi Guys,
I’m currently installing Windows 7 on a developer PC. Currently 4GB of memory is in the PC, and because it is likely to be more in the future, I installed the 64 bit version.
I also installed the latest version of TortoiseSVN (1.6.6). Tortoise doesn’t show up in the context menu’s.
I’ve checked the registry for it and it looks all to be correct to me.
Is it a general Windows 7 issue or has it to do with the 32/64 bit architecture?
Is there a fix? Is it even a known problem?
I will happily to put time in it.
Best
regards,
Maarten van de Waarsenburg

You need the 64 bit version to make the context menus work with 64 bit
explorer and the 32 bit version to make the context menu work with 32
bit explorer. It is common practice to install both versions on a 64
bit system.

You have given us no new information, so how would we know that?
Which version(s) have you installed?

Are you using the 64 bit explorer or the 32 bit explorer?
