TortoiseSVN problem in Windows Vista

Hello,

I am Sivajothi, working as a Software tester in VSS company. We are TortoiseSVN for the past 5 years. We have 1 Vista machine installed with TortoiseSVN.

We are unable the do any access to repository. We have tried all usernames and passwords still it fails in authentication.

Getting error message as: Could not authenticate to server: rejected basic challenge.

Can you please help me out.

* Are you using http instead of https?
* in case of SSPI setup, is the computer part of the domain
* are all firewalls and virus scanners set up to leave the svn ports
unblocked?
