I was able to recreate the map for this weekend's ride. Below is the

I noticed this morning that GOOGLE has somehow managed to delete all
of the GOOGLE maps I have created. I will try to re-create the map for
this particular ride by this evening. Apologies for the inconvenience.

4th Annual Motorcycle Run For The Troops

FYI...

There is a motorcycle road ride set for September 20 that benefits our
troops. It is sponsored by the AT&T Pioneers. The Austin proceeds will
benefit the Texas Military Family Foundation.

Check the TORCH website for any last minutes updates due to weather.

TORCH is planning a Street Ride on Saturday July 26. If
your calendar is open, we would like to have you join us for a day
of fellowship and riding.

This Central Texas Motorcycle Loop will take us from Bee Cave to
Blanco
to Wimberly with lunch at Salt Lick BBQ in Driftwood.

Shawn and I were there until about 3:30. The Beecham gang showed up at
3:00 to carry TORCH into the second shift.
The trails were excellent. A little dusty but very tacky. Like riding on
rails.
Temp at 8:00 A.M. was nice. By noon it was HOT, by 2:00 it was
SCORCHING!
We put in 47 miles.
No injuries or equipment failure as far as I know.

Just a brief ride report.

1. Hot
2. 19 riders, if counted correctly
3. Hot and dusty in places
4. Trails were in great shape
5. No mud (see 1 and 3)
6 Surprisingly a lot of water in the lake.

I think we all had a good time. Folks pretty much cleared out by
1:30pm

I am so sorry to hear about your crash. My family has been praying for you. I am happy to hear that it is not as bad as it could have been, although I am sure you are feeling like it was pretty bad. It looks like I will need to have the flexibility to leave the ride
early, so I am going to suck up the cost of gas and drive up to CC by

Early this week Christina (18) and her dad John were in Arkansas at a
MX training camp. While during the camp training Christina crashed on
one of the jumps and broke her left wrist and pelvis in multiple
areas. (according to John, she overjumped a double and crashed into
the face of the following table top - for those that understand MX

I got another email from a friend in the neighborhood that is on the Torch
forum. He and his daughter are going to join us for the first time. In
fact, my daughter may end up joining us too. Since he's real close and
going for the first time we are going to carpool up together. That means
you guys don't need to figure out how to squeeze me in.

My Ridgeline seats 4 comfortably, but 2 bikes is a squeeze, and it
doesn't have a trailer hitch.

Hi Dave,

I have a crew cab F250 and will be taking my son. I can put his bike in the back of the truck and pull the trailer. So room for three extra adults. Two in the back, one in the front. Forrest is pretty small so he can ride in the front also. I offered one of these seats to Rusty.
