After the event I posted my 2 cents on what went well, along with some
suggestions for the future. Personally I'd like to participate in a
more hardcore blend of demo + deeper business-focused workshop-style
discussion and feedback. This thought apparently struck a chord: Jerry
King put forth a forceful response -- a challenge to the local tech
community, effectively -- and several others including Mark Kuznicki,
David Crow and John Green of Savvica have since chimed in.
The topic is worth broader consideration, hence the crosspost here. I'm
guessing this newsgroup thread is a more convenient place to discuss it
than our blogs, but... whatever works.
