some users have reported download problems over the last few weeks. The TopBraid Composer installation files were sometime downloaded incompletely and then failed during the file extraction. We appreciate those users who have taken the time to report these problems to us so that we became aware of them. Apologies for those inconveniences which lay beyond our control.
We have today moved to another hosting service for those large file downloads (now: box.net) and we hope that the download problems will now disappear. For those of you downloading the Windows or Mac installers, please notify us immediately if you experience problems with this new service. The Eclipse update manager site is not affected.
possibly your organizations network has blocked any box.net traffic due to security issues? Maybe other vendors have parked undesired content on box.net in the past so that it got blocked.
Does anyone else have similar problems (with the new download site)?

I am unable to access the download as well. The error is:
The connection has timed out
The server at www.box.net is taking too long to respond.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I have shut down my firewall and still cannot get to the site. Cecil Lynch

Hello,
I just checked the connection, and it seems to be fine. Could you please double-check your firewall settings?
Thanks, Gokhan

so this time you have been using the Eclipse update manager? This is still using the old server, i.e. the box.net server is not used.
So if more than one people have trouble with box.net it looks like we need to look into yet other options. We appreciate feedback from others whether the download of the installers does not work.

Yes I used the Eclipse update manager successfully after being unable to access the box.net server last night. This morning I tried the box.net site again, just to test, and was successful.
