TopIndex 'boost::archive::archive_exception' error

Hi, I am trying to run TopIndex with my fasta database and the following error was resulted:

terminate called after throwing an instance of 'boost::archive::archive_exception'

what(): output stream error

My database contains wildcard amino acid "X" and selenocystine "U". I guess that may causes problem?
