startup looking for EE type

Maybe asking a bunch of grey-area hacker types might not be the best idea, but I'm looking for someone with half-decent EE skills who wants to apply them in a start-up type environment. Rapid prototyping! No pay! Get frantic calls at 3am! You know, startup stuff!

Familiarity with microprocs, TTL/I2C/SPI, PCB design, and having your own tools like an oscope and what-not is pretty much a requirement.
