Blues & Brews Festival Details?

I have questions:

1)  The Festival goes from 1-8pm.  Any specific time we need to be there?

2) Should we meet up together somewhere and ride in together like the bad-asses we are?

3) How much was it again?  Did the final comment on that say $10?  (cash i guess?)

4) After I've had too much to drink, will someone ride on the back of my scooter and hold their hand over one of my eyes so I can follow those lines they paint on the street home? 

Bonus: Can someone tell me what's going on in the attached photo?

Lily and I were talking about this earlier. In the absence of any direction from Ian, we decided to show up a half hour early and be the point people for site identification (25th & Texas). But we also thought turning up en masse would be cooler. $10 is the entry fee for scooteristi, uncool people have to pay $20 (thanks Ian!). Sorry, I usually don't ride bitch although I am very secure in my masculinity but I'm certain something can be worked out. The Thailand types appear to be instructing a Lambo on how to swim (who knows what goes on over there) but I suspect they are engineering students working on an amphibious project and just happened to have an old scoot lying around. Note that they are all positioned at the kid's side of the pool. One of them is actually blowing his NOSE into the water! Finally, I wouldn't trust any of them to serve me food.

No particular time was established, but the earlier scooters are there, the better show position/space they'll get.

Due to Imperial (and State of TX) safety restrictions, I will not be riding my scoot- but I think it would be cool if y'all show up as a gang.

Half off for scooter riders, so $10 it is!

Not sure what's going on in the photo. Looks potentially dangerous, illegal, and fun.
