Tray icon only on one panel in Unity?

Hello everyone,
I'm using Tomighty on Ubuntu 12.04.2 with Unity 2D. With appropriate systray-whitelist setting, the icon shows up and everything works, but it's only on one panel of the two on my dual-monitor setup.
Does anybody have an idea how to fix this?
