Keep window visible without taking up space on the taskbar

Hi Célio, first of all, compliments are in order for writing and designing such a beautiful, elegantly simple piece of software (in Java no less!). I've tried about 8 to 10 different Pomodoro software timers, and the only other one that comes close to this simplicity is FocusBooster.
About the only thing that would make it perfect (in my opinion), would be for it to keep the window visible, but not take up room on the Windows taskbar. Ideally I would like it to live only in the system tray, but I can still see and drag the window around (and preferably have an option to keep it always on top). If you could find the time to implement that, that would be perfect.
