The Montanez Adobe, dating back to 1794, is on the National Register of Historic Places. It is located in the Los Rios Historic District of San Juan Capistrano, California. This canvas was painted on location during a Plein Air Oil Painting Workshop I conducted there.
This beautiful jewel of a landscape will bring a breath of fresh air and sunshine into any room of your home or office. It has lots of thick, juicy strokes of oil paint on the canvas that add to the visual quality. Click on the image for a larger view. Thanks for looking.
