Ivan kan, the cc addressee, is an executive with Fusion Systems North
America, located in Torrance, California.

He is in town for a few more days, and expressed interest in seeing
the HackerSpace and discussing welding, related to a motorcycle
project.

Once we have a safe location to do it.
Its dirty.. fire hazzard, and cutting and grinding are noisy.
