I have made a few things out of such pipes including a double bed frame.
Relatively easy to cut pipes to length with a pipe cutter (I have
one), then assemble/dissemble with a hex wrench in various
configurations.
Based on the rough sketches we did with MRE, (HJ-1 x 4 + HJ-2 x 2 + 4m
pipe) x 2 corners is what we need, rough cost 12000.
If we live without the sides (HJ1 x1 + HJ-2 x2 +2m pipe) x2, roughly half price.
I'll bring what I have at home and we'll build a prototype to see if
optimization is worth it (it will be less stable).
