Hi,
a friend wants to buy a Raspberry Pi and wonder if he could get one
somewhere in Akihabara.
Any ideas?

The second floor of Sengoku 本館 is the only place I've seen in
Akihabara that does reselling for things like SparkFun and LilyPad.
They might have RPi?

My understanding is they only distribute via Farnell or RS:

You can also buy them at adafruit but they're sold out at the moment.
They're the only non large disti that has a deal to sell rpis.
