we have been brewing ideas for an arcade cabinet for the past 2 months
at THS. the reason, I guess, we have been silent about it is because we
are not advancing any techniques in making cabinets, except for
performance tuning on the Pi, which is not really "advancing" anything
that is already known :D
there are a billion arcade cabinet projects out there; and picade is
just another project. I am glad to see they actually passed the mark of
their funding goal; maybe they are surfing the popularity wave of the
Pi; if they had an mini-atx board inside that small cabinet, I bet they
wouldn't reach their funding goal.
Actually that reminds me, did the Fusebox kit I bought many years ago
survive the move? I totally understand if it got lost, I should of held on
to it :).
If it indeed has survived... maybe it'd make a good little cabinet/box
since I seem to have not ordered the full kit with box?
I remember seeing a package with your name on it in the new space,
Robert. I'll see if I can find it tonight if we happen to be sorting
out boxes.
