I’m not sure the NetRAD is supposed to be plugged into a PC. It should be plugged into a router since the board is capable of ethernet, DHCP, and TCP/IP. It should allow the NetRAD to run standalone. If you had a special config where it required a PC, then we probably need to hear more about the configuration and why the PC was needed.

Yeah, sorry, it was connected to my router that got moved when the PC was replaced. So, any way to diagnose whether it's sending correctly?
Connect it to a PC via USB and use Teraterm or some other term program to access it via USB COM port. From there, you should see debug printouts of each geiger event as well as when it connects to a server and whether or not its successful.
