Tests failing with new installation

Hey All,

I am attempting my first foray into using Tog. After a new
installation, I'm getting the following test failures when I run

rake db:test:prepare && rake tog:plugins:test

The errors I am getting are listed below. Any assistance is

Hi Michael,

It seems you have a problem with your OS files limit

It's not a tog problem, but cause by tog. I mean, tests are generating
avatars for the test users groups, and so on, which generates many
files through imagemagik.

Quick solution: increase your limit with ulimit if you can (for
example: ulimit -n 2048)

I'm gonna check fakefs (http://github.com/defunkt/fakefs) and see if
it helps on this and avoids so many files being created.
