Everybody and their aunt is on Facebook, but that doesn't mean they
can whip a group of "Look at me I'm on the internet!" lemmings into a
frothy frenzy. Consumers are funny. Not funny ha-ha, but funny lazy.
Making it easy for them to see the carrot and follow it isn't easy. It
takes an expertise so subtle, yet so blaring, it requires a dedicated
professional.
