Terrance was "born into" a gang family. He was in gangs for fifteen years and spent about ten of those years in and out of jail and juvenile detention.Terrance explains the hold that gangs have on the young, giving them a sense of belonging and being accepted for who they are.While in jail, Terrance was changed.
There is an interesting story about Pat Robertson and the 700 Club.Since then, Terrance as turned his life around and now helps other young people to do the same. RESOLVING GUILT
Sometimes we've done something wrong in our lives. We've gone to the church and asked for forgiveness. But still there is that "shadow" in our minds that plagues us. How do we deal with this guilt?
In this program, Fr. Mike tells the story of Judy and the guilt that she was living with for years. This deep secret stayed with her and her life felt shallow; she was like an empty shell.She longed to be free of this guilt.
Fr. Mike goes on to talk about this and how we can overcome it. He looks at the effect that guilt has on our lives. He speaks of Isaiah 40:1...."guilt is expiated." The gospels tell us much of how Jesus dealt with guilt.

Over 30 years ago, I wrote a book entitled Pardon My Lenten Smile. The book sold well. Through the years several people have told me how they still read the book each Lent. And they inevitably ask, "Why don't you write another Lenten Smile?" Well, here it is...finally!
I haven't gone back to the first book to compare. I've tried to be open to the effect
that 30 years of priesthood have had on my study of Scripture, prayer life, preaching, counseling and writing.
I hope the book blesses you. I've written it with great love for Jesus and for you. If your reading helps you to love Jesus more, you'll give me a big Lenten smile!
