Bremer.run script

In order to get the script to run it was necessary to add an "end" at
line six [an error message indicated this] and put a copy of the
program, matrix, tree file and the script in a directory on the root
of the drive. It apparently was not able to find the temp tree files
as it had trouble reading directory name with spaces(?). Has anyone
else experience similar problems?

Is there a place that I can access explanation of the various setting
so that I can understand the relative thoroughness of the searches and
adjust accordingly?
