what does those brackets means!!

Hello!:

After a lot of hesitation I finally decided to claim for help on an
uncomfortable issue.

I've been playing around with TNT for sometime in Windows vista and
lately in Linux (OpenSuse 11.1). I tried to use the frequency
difference value (GC; Goloboff, et al. 2003) for reporting the
branchs support of a given tree after symetric resampling, however
sometimes I get some numbers amid brackets, what does those square
barckets mean?

By the way, is there a command for listing the individual "fit" for
each character? I guess that 'cscores' report distortion (convex
increasing function to be menimized) instead fit (concave decreasing
function to be maximazed)...
