TMSU 0.1.2 released

I've have just released TMSU 0.1.2. This version removes the use of the Sqlite bulk insert functionality so that TMSU may be used with older versions of Sqlite, such as those that ship with the current releases of major Linux distributions.

If you had been unable to tag files due to a 'syntax error' then this should fix this problem.
