Surewest has a major presence in Olathe, KS (suburb of Kansas City).  Olathe
Zipcodes (such as 66061, 66062) don't show Surewest.  I can get the correct
provider by choosing a Lenexa zipcode (66212).  Also SurewestKc carries all
the Big Ten non-HD feeds at 435-438--only 438 is listed.
