Pessoal o titanium esta apresentando este erro quando vou configurar o sdk

[Android SDK Home] Could not locate the platforms directory under the specified Android SDK root path 'C:\Program Files\Android'
[Titanium SDK Home] The Desktop-SDK root path 'C:\Users\hunter\AppData\Roaming\Titanium\sdk\win32' is not a directory
estou iniciando agora estudos em desenvolvimento mobile .

Esse erro parece ser da confg do sdk do android, vc instalou o sdk ?
