Starting a new project with Titanium Desktop

Hi guys,

we're currently in a planning phase for a new project involving Titanium Desktop.

Yesterday I read an article from Kevin Whinnery about Titaniums roadmap: http://developer.appcelerator.com/blog/2012/01/the-future-of-titanium-desktop.html

It says the following:

NOTE: Appcelerator-managed desktop packaging servers may be taken down at this time – we may leave them up slightly longer, but reserve the right to shut down the service at this time

If I'm getting this right, after this point of time we're no longer capable to build our project, right?

That's right - the desktop packaging servers will not be guaranteed to be available.  That said, I do believe they are still up - we are just not, at this point, maintaining them at the same level we do our other cloud services.
