I know most of us have done this - taught patrons how to use Facebook,
Twitter, what have you, but I can't seem to find any online
resources. I received an email from someone asking if I would share
my outlines or resources. although I have my presentations I no longer
have my handouts, so I started looking around. I can't seem to find
anything helpful to point him towards.

Do you have links to resources for this? Do you have any resources
you'd be willing to pass along?

Thank you!
Bobbi

Bobbi,

I have most of my slideshows online
http://www.web2learning.net/publications-presentations and at the end
of them all I have links to resources like you're looking for. As for
Facebook I wrote a guide http://www.web2learning.net/facebook-101 you
can use and for Twitter there is a guide on Mashable:
http://mashable.com/guidebook/twitter/

Hope that helps,
Nicole

Bobbi, Beth Tribe has a bunch of stuff on social media and the
public. Also, you can look at my slideshare (user baldgeek) for some
social networking and twitter presentations.

I taught some workshops over a year ago - covered blogs, photosharing, videosharing, RSS and Social Bookmarking.  I put up a wiki with all the info at http://socialwebhandson.wik.is/
