Divine Retreat Center priests from Potta to Sugar Land

Dear TIPCA members,

It is with pleasure I announce that we have been able to get the Divine
Retreat Center Potta priests to come to Sugar Land, Tx during the next year
to conduct a two day retreat for Catholics in our community. People come
from all over the world to Potta, Kerala to attend the week long retreat
and many healings take place.
Please mark your calendars for Tuesday Feb 28, 2012 and Wednesday Feb 29,
2012 at St Thomas Aquinas Parish.
Since they are so heavily booked up, we had to take what was available on
their calendar which happens to be these two days which are weekdays.
However, we are hoping the sooner we get the word out, more people will
plan their schedules and attend. Light refreshments, tea/coffee etc will be
provided for the attendees and so we need to get an approx headcount so
adequate arrangements can be made. The main preacher will be Fr. Augustine
Valooran (he is a dynamic preacher) along with the anointed 'singing
couple' Glen and Teresa La Rive.

Thanks to Stella Naik and Fr. KK efforts, we have been able to squeeze the
above two days for our people within Sugar Land itself. Details will be
finalized at a Dec 27 meeting by the organizing committee steered by Ingrid
D'souza who secured the retreat dates. More details are to follow. In the
