Did your district provide professional development money, too? While
Travis's suggestions are all great, they won't work with those
reluctant teachers. I would suggest contacting taking a look at the
professional development page of the TI website. They have a lot of
options to help you organize training for your staff. Without the PD,
I suspect that only a small fraction of the 60 geometry teachers will
take their own time to learn how to use the TI-Nspire in a rich way.
Even with training and experience, it will take more than a year to
transition away from the TI-84.
