Someone recently posted a doc that would generate radicals to be simplified and have the students work the problem step by step. Does anyone have something similar for factoring quadratics?Dan

This is great, thanks.
Dan
I have a couple of questions.
1) Does this generate quadratics where a<>1?
2) Is it possible for a student to enter a quadratic that they would like to solve perhaps from their homework and the program walks them through it like it does for the problems that it generates?
Dan

I just uploaded a file called Quadratic Factors that should do what you want Dan.
