You need to set your timezones correctly, in both Timetonote and on your
machine.

You can change your timezone in Timetonote by clicking on "Settings" ->
"Timezone".

I think You should change  on TTN
Because now in Moscow GMT+04 /
Have you known that Moscow didnt change own time last sunday/
Now is GMT+04
I can t work with timetonote/
You should make a change quickly

The title of the timezone does not mean actually "GMT + 4", it takes into
account daylight savings as well. Anyway, I am investigating this issue. I
will get back to you.
