when I create an invoice, the window (description, date, comments,
charge) is only big enough, top to bottom, to view 12, 23 rows.
for viewing the rest, i need to scroll down.
is there a way to enlarge this window to allow more rows?
I use a cropped version of this invoice, pasted into Adobe
Illustrator, to create custom invoices.
thx

You can enlarge the window as large as you like. Have it fill your monitor window by clicking on the zoom button. But you can't adjust the size of the time records section within the window. Have you tried making the table row height smaller?

yes thanks. got it.
one more ?
sorry for the newbie stuff, but I think I tried to find an answer.
is there a way to rearrange the folder titles? e.g. I have folders as months, Jan, Feb etc, but not in order.
cannot figure a way to arrange them in order, w/out cutting and pasting the folder contents.
thx Tim

When you say "rearrange" do you mean to sort alphabetically?  When you say "not in order" what order do you mean?  Not in alphabetical order, or some other order?

I want to rearrange, so the months are in order (jan, feb, march etc)
obviously I did not create them in the correct order. but I do not see a way to rearrange them now, other than cutting out an entire page, and pasting it in a new folder, in the order where I want it to be.

I see, you'd like them sorted chronologically.  They can only be sorted alphabetically (case sensitive).  But you could rename the folders something like

a Jan
b Feb
c Mar
d Apr

and so on.  That's about as close to what you want as you can get!
