The latest release of TimeSlice, version 4.5.5, contains the developer's digital signature for Mountain Lion's Gatekeeper:

I've go version 4.5.4 and when I go to Help > Check for Updates, I get
message that says: No new version available.

How do I get 4.5.5 then?
