Charges not showing up

I exported a TSDATA file to an employee who imported it into TimeSlice on her computer. Everything shows up fine except all of the Charges columns show $0. Does anyone have an idea of what I'm doing wrong?

Under the View menu, select Control Panel -> Jobs.  In that window, make sure the correct value is in the popup menu next to "Hr Rates From:"
